Programme entry forms can only be processed after we have received your participation contract & complete programme material.

HOW MANY PROGRAMMES CAN YOU REGISTER?
- First timer fee: 2 programmes
- Regular fee: 4 programmes

MATERIAL REQUIRED

Please provide us with the following material:

1)	The Programme Registration form. Please use a separate entry for EACH programme presented. Fill it in each section legibly.
2)	A programme synopsis - this must be typewritten – 70 words maximum – and includes the programme title and your company title. You will need to send us TWO copies of the synopsis.
3)	2 paper photos or prints – It can be 2 copies of the same photos or 2 different photos (Maximum size - 15cm deep X 15cm wide or 6'' deep X 6'' wide) Black and white/colour are accepted. We do not accept slides, computer files or jpg/TIF/other electronic files.
4)	1 DVD-VIDEO in English per programme - For TV series, please enclose one episode only. Several episodes cannot be stored on the same DVD VIDEO. No menu and no bonus. Subtitles have to be burned in with the video track. We do not accept any consumer DVD VIDEOS.

IMPORTANT:
If you send any DVD VIDEOS after the deadline, we will not be able to guarantee inclusion of your contents in the digital video library, especially if we meet any technical problems on your content.
