What is MIPDOC?
MIPDOC, the specialist international screening market place and conference, is where all the hottest new programmes are screened. Taking place ahead of MIPTV, MIPDOC provides a unique digital screening platform for making, buying and distributing non-fiction programmes worldwide.
In 2008, 1,415 programmes were presented, facilitating rapid decision taking for 501 companies from 60 countries.

MIPDOC 2009 will take place in the Palais des Festivals of Cannes, on March 28-29.

MIPDOC DATABASE: LOGIN

I can't access the database, I get the following message: “You entered either the wrong Login or the wrong Password.”
Please make sure that you enter your login and password exactly as they appear on the email you received. Try “Forgot password?” to receive your login and password by email.
I have changed my email. How do I update it on your site?
Please contact registration dept. who will update your personal profile. You will automatically receive your new database access codes by email.
I have lost my password
If you have lost your password, click onto “Forgot password?”, enter your e-mail address, and you will receive your password by email. If you don't receive anything, please contact us.
I would like to change my password and login
This is not possible.

What is the difference between “Simple search” and “Advanced Search”?
An advanced search allows you to enter more search criteria for specific results.
My company does not appear on the database.
Make sure that your search terms fit with the overall company activity you have already specified on your contract.
Where can I get a list of all registered delegates?
Firstly use the database to get a list of your choice and define your search criteria. Tick the "Display participants' names" box in order to display results with all participants' names and emails. For example, if you require a list of all exhibitors:
1) Tick the “Display participants’ names” box
2) In the field “participant type” select “exhibitor”
3) Hit the search button
4) Consult the results.
I can’t find any results for my search
Try to specify less criteria in order to get a wider field of results.
I am not registered. Can I still access the database?
You can use the “Non-Client Access” which will give you a list of the participating companies. However, full information is limited to registered clients only.
How long will I get access to the database?
Your access to the database is valid until the next event (approximately one year).

PC Users: Please note that mipdoc.com is optimised for Internet Explorer 7.0; you may also use Firefox 2.
Mac Users: We suggest that Macintosh users use Firefox 2 in order to access the website successfully (http://www.apple.com/).
AOL Users: We suggest that AOL users should use Internet Explorer 7.0 in order to enter the website successfully (http://www.microsoft.com/).
Software:
Acrobat Reader for documents in PDF format (http://www.acrobat.com/).
Adobe Flash Player for flash animations (http://www.adobe.com/).
Real Player or Window Media Player for videos (http://www.real.com/ or http://www.microsoft.com/).
